Our PowerMate interconnection systems are especially designed for harsh environments with hard requirements in terms of needed power, durability, environmental influences, UV resistance, vibrations and safety. We proof that by validation according specific standards.
Our PowerMate product is designed in Germany and manufactured in the Czech Republic, EU. PowerMate cable connectors close in each Header variation with a lever, for improved mating forces and handling. The connectors have in mated condition the lowest mounting height on HV interconnection solutions, when the orientation is on connector side. The modular design ensures high flexibility in only two contact sizes, and is usable with 16-150mm² cables with only two different panel cut-outs. We can provide crimp solutions with all wire gauges so no high tool invest for the assembly of connectors necessary. For specific ultra-Sonic welding solutions feel free to contact us anytime.
