XLR Musician Series

The Amphenol Audio division in Australia has been producing and developing innovative XLR connectors since 1955.

The AC series cable connectors comply with IEC268-12 and AES 14-1992 standards. CSA file number 68598. The XLR connectors of the AC series are characterized by the unique Australian design and the patented cable clamping system with two different "Jaws". This enables a load of up to 44 kg (100 lb). The AC Series plug can be installed quickly and easily without screws - by hand or with a portable connection tool (part number T2860).

The AC Series XLR chassis connectors, Type A and B, are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of equipment manufacturers. The compact housing design saves a considerable amount of space compared to the conventional D-housing.
