Regional Sales Manager North-West Germany (m/f/d)

Activity

• Analyze existing OEM customer base, identify the development opportunities and create the pipeline for its execution

• Work proactively with the market business development managers, with the marketing department, determining requirements and opportunities for growth and define local sales strategies

• Support the customers with the necessary marketing tools and new product introduction

• Establish and maintain relationships through personal visits, emails, phone calls, online meetings and joint visits

• Deliver the necessary technical product support, working in close coordination with the product management and engineering department

• Maintain and update CRM system

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial area, prior experience in the interconnect industry is advantageous

• Good communication skills, able to present and negotiate at all levels

• Results driven

• Ability to work autonomously and in parallel being a team player

• Ability to travel in the region

• Flexibility, curiosity and unconventional problem solving

• A fluent knowledge of the English language is a must

• A degree in Economics or Engineering is preferred

• Home office based, local German contract via Amphenol Tuchel Industrial GmbH
